Our Technical Service is a fully inclusive package that offers excellent value. You’ll have local teams and depots focused on providing a vending and coffee machine service that is a joy to rely on, with skilled engineers, trained and employed by Selecta. We’re always finding ways to improve the service for example, to minimise downtime for you, we complete boiler inspections off-site.

Our Technical Service is nationwide and includes:

  • Unlimited callouts supported by our friendly UK-based Client Care Team
  • All parts and labour relating to general wear and tear
  • Full preventative maintenance designed to maximise uptime

We have 10 depots across the UK, with local teams led by experienced Operation Managers, all dedicated to keeping your machines at their best.

We train our own Service Experts to look after a wide range of machines, with a comprehensive stock of spare parts always on hand. We take real pride in caring for our machines and will always go above and beyond for your peace of mind, carrying out preventative maintenance and responding quickly and professionally for whatever you need, at any time ensuring joy 24/7.
