Helping you to deliver a good quality, consistent coffee and hot drinks service 7 days a week.
A day out "experience" is not complete without some food and drink. The VisitEngland Visitor Attraction Quality Scheme, as well as similar schemes in Scotland, Wales and Ireland, consider refreshments and catering a key part of an attraction's facilities.
This also provides you with an opportunity to generate additional income through onsite facilities. As your specialist coffee partner, we will work with you to make it as easy as possible for your organisation to take a slice of the lucrative coffee market.
We understand that visitor attractions face a challenge in providing a consistent, good quality coffee and hot drinks service to their customers, especially with seasonal and temporary staff. That's why we support you every step of the way.
The coffee machines we offer have been chosen for their reliability and ease of use to make sure you can deliver great, every time. We set each one up to the optimal standard for your chosen coffee blend.
Our experienced trainers can provide friendly, onsite support. From training your staff on the operation, cleaning and filling of your machines to full traditional barista skills they ensure you have a solid foundation for a consistent, great quality service.

Our passion is to create the perfect cup of coffee. To do this we have our own Pelican Rouge brand, established over 150years ago and expertly created by our roaster in the Netherlands.
We combine this heritage with consumer insight and market trends to create a tailored solution that meets the expectations of your customers and keeps your offer aligned with their expectations and tastes.
Whilst coffee is central, tea and hot chocolate are also popular choices for consumers. Our teas are from leading brands PG tips and Twinings, whilst our rich hot chocolate from Pelican Rouge is Fairtrade certified.
We have a choice of sustainably sourced coffee, tea and hot chocolate including Fairtrade certified options.
All our paper cups are PEFC certified (made from PEFC certified paper board) and can be recycled. We're currently working on a scheme to make it easier for our customers to do so.
We are also reviewing our overall plastic use and working with manufacturers and suppliers on ways to reduce waste. From example our range includes wooden stirrers.
