Technical Maintenance Cover
With our Technical Maintenance Cover, we can give you the peace of mind that your investment is protected and you receive the optimum performance from your vending machine.
With a guaranteed 8 hour response time (5 days per week, 08.30 – 17.00) we will get your vending machine up and running as soon as possible. For those real emergencies, an out of hours service is available at an extra cost.
Our service includes:
- No limit to the number of calls you make
- All labour
- Different levels of contract to suit you, e.g. including or excluding parts

Emergency Call Out Service
If you don’t have a contract with us but want to know you can get help when you need it, Selecta has an emergency call-out service. You pay for parts and labour on an as-needed basis and receive the same level of professional service as clients with Technical Maintenance Cover.
