Total services is a comprehensive and fully managed refreshment vending service tailored to your specific needs for any in-house management, with our unique management style covering every aspect from the supply of ingredients to the provision of a detailed monthly invoice.

Technically Managed Service – ‘Self Fill’

Different to the fully managed total service offer, the customer takes responsibility for filling and cleaning the vending equipment, as well as cash collection, while we provide comprehensive technical support and guaranteed response times via our National Customer Care Centre.

We are able to process calls to our network of technicians within seconds of a call being received. Via our ‘real time’ technology, we can track its progress to a conclusion.
