Selecta sponsors young footballers

Selecta managed to score a big new deal for the company in Blackburn, and it was all thanks to a junior football team. The Blackburn Eagles Under 11's play their trade in Blackburn with Darwen Junior Football League and play in a stunning blue strip, thanks to Selecta, which not only sponsors the team, but also donated funds to help purchase kit, training gear and other equipment.

"We've just started our second season and now have 18 players on our books," says Steve, their Manager "It's great to see them not only enjoying it, but also improving with every game. Lots of people have commented on how smart our kit looks and I think everyone who comes to watch us now know who Selecta is.

Selecta's support of the team has also helped it win additional business with the local council, who was impressed when they saw that Selecta is putting something back into the local community.
