During the week of 22 September, we encouraged staff in all of our UK and Irish offices to make a donation whenever they had a tea of coffee break. Each office had been sent a fundraising pack and had a coffee morning champion to encourage their colleagues to take part in the event.

Macmillan Cancer Support's World's Biggest Coffee Morning is one of the largest fundraising events in the UK. Last year two million people got together, caused a huge stir and raised an incredible £7.5 million. This year's event aims to raise £8.5 million to help support more people living with cancer.

"Macmillan Cancer Support does so much excellent work to help people and their families who are affected by cancer so we were only too happy to get involved in such a worthwhile event," says Sales and Marketing Director Jonathan Barr. "The money raised will make a real difference to people's lives and I'd like to extend my thanks to every member of staff who took part.
