Do you remember Mr T aka B.A Baracus in the 1980s TV series The A Team? Well, Mr T is back and heading up the 'Get Some Nuts' national campaign for Snickers.

As part of the campaign we have teamed up with Mars Inc. to run a trial sales promotion in the South and South East of England. As Mr T would say, "Get Some Nuts!" That's exactly what Selecta and Mars are encouraging consumers to do by promoting the Snickers brand. The Snickers Mr T promotion is a text to win competition designed to capture consumers at the poit of purchase.

The promotion has been communicated through branded point of sale and posters on the vending machines. From the 28th February to the 22nd March 2009, one entrant a week will win an exciting adventure weekend courtesy of Mars. To enter, consumers simply purchase a Snickers bar from one of our Selecta vending machines and text 'weekend' and the last five digits on the Snickers packaging to a special text number.

Exclusive to Selecta, it's the first text to win promotion Mars has implemented through a vending services company.
