It’s all in the detail!
At Selecta we believe that it’s all in the detail. Knowing the little things that make a difference to our customers and consumers is what makes us excel in what we do.
We have therefore, undertaken, with one of our partners, an intensive qualitative and quantitative consumer research study that has provided us with great insight. Through this research, we are now able to identify the different segments of the business by consumer profile and dominant consumer needs. It also highlighted a number of opportunities for us to improve our offering and make it more tailored to the relevant consumer profile at specific sites, for us.
