Selecta operates a state of the art call centre offering the highest level of customer service. The centre is located in the head office in Basingstoke with national coverage of the UK and Ireland.

• The centre also offers ‘out of hours’ service for customers who require evening and weekend technical coverage, as well as for members of the public who wish to contact us about any of our machines located in a variety of public vending locations.

Our ‘Optim’ Service contact and call management system ensures our customers can place their calls quickly and effectively with a member of our team, who will then despatch the inquiry to the relevant engineer using web enabled PDA technology.

To enable close monitoring of service level, the centre’s live screens keep track of all incoming calls and the level of response.
