Fully Managed Service

Our all-inclusive Fully Managed Service is ideal for busy locations, designed to give you a hassle-free solution which ensures your machines are always clean, full and working, serving the latest in coffee, snacks and cold drinks.

Our Elite Care Technical Service is included as standard within our Fully Managed service and includes unlimited call-outs and preventative maintenance.

Elite Care Technical Service

Our Elite Care Technical service, included as standard within our Fully Managed Service, or available for companies who manage their own vending and coffee machines, keeps your machines working at their very best. It includes preventative maintenance and unlimited call-outs supported by a UK call centre.

Coffee Services

Our Coffee Services have been designed for clients who have chosen one of our Lavazza On the Move solutions. As well as helping you choose the right offer for your business to generate revenue, it includes support with installation and staff training as well as our Elite Care Technical Service package with unlimited call-outs.

Office Coffee Service

Designed for smaller offices, our Office Coffee Service brings great coffee to the smallest of locations. Our specialists support you every step of the way, with installation and staff training, as well as easy to reorder coffee, cups and anything else you need. It also includes our Elite Care Technical Service package with unlimited call-outs.

We understand that your clients and consumers want choice, with access to healthier options, good quality products and occasional treats from the brands they know and love. We work closely with our clients to help them meet their health and wellbeing goals and offer consumers a broad range of healthier products.

Our range designed for hospitals is Government Buying Standards and CQUIN compliant and we’ve pledged to the Department of Health that we will reduce our volumes of sugar-sweetened beverage sales to 10% or less by March 2018.
